Once the embassy refuse the application, there is a need to see the reason of refusal and if found that all the relevant purpose, information and documents have been provided, and the embassy has given the refusal. On part of unsatisfactory decision the applicant can reapply for the VISA.
To Reapply, you must complete a new application form, pay the application fee, and schedule an appointment for the submission/ interview.
There is no mandatory waiting period for re-application – unless otherwise noted, you may apply again for a visa at any time after your first rejection. However, sending the same application a second time without additional information is likely to result in rejection for the same reason(s).
You can reapply after 1 to 3 working days after the previous rejection. You don't have to wait for 6 months or longer as your circumstances will not change. However, if you think your circumstances would change and your profile would be more stronger and your purpose would be more significant you may wait for 6 months or longer.
After receiving the confidential sealed envelope from the embassy in case of submission of documents or in case of interview, the officer may disclose that VISA has been approved and further after receiving the envelope from the embassy, you will come to know about the approval.
The VISA itself shows the expiry date.
