An asylum-seeker is someone whose request for shelter from the foreign country/ sheltering country from the terror from the prosecution government in their country .
Every year, millions of people seek Asylum. Asylum is applied by the Asylum seeker and may be granted to people who are already in the other foreign country and are unable or unwilling to return their home country because of persecution or a well-founded fear of persecution on account of race, religion, nationality, membership in a particular social group, or political opinion.
